3. This price excludes the domain registration costs. Prices for domains range from R100.00 per year.

All specials and quotations is subject to the following terms and conditions:

We need to be supplied with appropriate digital photographs with appropriate captions or descriptions.

All other information should be supplied to us in Word Format

We will design your logo, should you wish so, at an additional cost of between R250.00 and R1 000.00, depending on the complexity and time spent.

We undertake to register your web site on the internet. You need to supply us with a few suggestions for names, which we will submit for availability and as soon as we have determined what is available, present it to you for a quick decision. The costs for registration of a co.za domain is currently R100.00 per annum.

We suggest that you host your web site with Compunatix. They offer a variety of packages of which their ”small“ package is more than sufficient. Besides being very user friendly, a control panel facility is included, which enables the user to activate any number of e-mail addresses. If preferred, WebSiteMaster will activate the necessary e-mail addresses cost-free.

Your web site is your sales representative and we suggest that you keep your web site as friendly as possible with the maximum of photographs and personal information.

Publication may be expected in 2 weeks after acceptance of the quote, if all the terms and conditions are adhered to.

Fees:

50% Payable on acceptance of the quote.

Balance within 30 days after acceptance of the quotation.

We undertake to keep your web site updated by the adding of new material or taking off redundant information at the rate of R240.00 per hour – calculated per minutes worked.
